What about that privacy?We fully protect your privacy as chrome extension can get access to your mail content, personal information etc., if you run it on the site containing that private information.While we do not advise you to use the extension in that way we guarantee that we will not use or retain any data pass the compliance retention period of 30 days and all of the personal data will be erased.2. But you use other providers?Yes. All of the providers where we give you the option to use LLm models are used in a "do not collect and/or do not train on the data" agreement. We can never guarantee this 100% as their servers are out of our reach but that is why the calls are always routed to reputable firms where the possibility of misuse in extremely small.3. I want to use more complex models?More complex models are on their way. We are just sorting out the integration part.4. What are different model advantages?Google Gemini has 1 million token contex length (approx. 4 mln characters) so it should be able to cover 99%+ of any web page size.On the other hand, OpenAI GPT models were slightly better at the output quality from internal testing, but the context length goes only up to 128k. So if you need to summarize a very long video it is better to you use Gemini models.5. Nothing is happening?If you are summarizing or asking questions vs a very long context the summarization of the text can take up to 60 seconds. For internal setup a timeout is set after 90 seconds which should cover most of the scenarios.6. How do I get a refund?Please just try the extension first, or cancel the subscription. The pricing is convenient so we do not offer direct refunds.7. Extension is not working? I am getting an error.Please try another provider from the dropdown list. That is why the extension uses both OpenAI and Google Vertex. If this doesn't work try waiting for 5-10 minutes as usually 90 percent of issues are resolved in that period.8. Why is competition more price convenient?In general, similar services have either a negative or break even PnL which they compensate by cross-selling or up-selling other services, collaborating with ad networks or selling your direct data to other firms. We promise to never do that, and everything you do will stay private to you, deleted and forgotten.9. I made a mistake and run the extension where I was inputting my credit card data!It will be automatically deleted. We do advise to be careful with private information.10. Can I use it for other activities vs summarizing?Yes you can use it for example for: extracting product listings, identifying relevant paragraphs from the text related to your interest, crafting e-mail responses, generating timestamped bullet points, checking text grammar etc.
